Such a very nice stay for one night. Fairly clean hotel in a nice building short walk to train station and centre of La Spezia and main pedestrian street leading to harbour and a bus stop. The rooms fine and brand-new with a large bed in the middle and a large table, as example. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Particularly good and incredible location to the square where Via Fiume starts from. Also, easy to get to a historic castle.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Comfortable and handy location, I loved almost everything.

I've had a very pleasant stay for one night. The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a peaceful area, close enough to the center of La spezia as well as the train station and downtown. The breakfast was very very good and included. The room I booked was functional and quiet, complete with a balcony Ideally situated by the station and a large table and shower.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Perfect place, fairly clean, new-fashioned rooms and accommodating staff. The rooms for a baby bed. Amazing and favourable location, very close to Piazza Garibaldi. And just 10 min walking to city centre. Excellent restaurant inside the hotel❤😃😃

The hotel had an ideal location close to La Spezia Centrale railway. It was also very close to the centre of La Spezia, city centre, and a nice restaurant.

Reasonably priced hotel located next to La Spezia as a base tothe Cinque Terre and the centre. Functional, good sized room with an own bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet. Had handy location close to everything, very close to La Spezia Centrale railway.

Great Location & Friendly Staff!

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station which made traveling around the city and nearby attractions a breeze. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist in any way possible. the complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi provided were nice touches that added value to our stay.

The room was uncomfortable and noisy with trains passing by frequently which disturbed our sleep. The quality of the bedding and pillows were also poor, making it difficult to rest comfortably.

Ideal hotel, breakfast was very good, ideal location extremely close to trains. We had central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV in the guest room. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Location: the venue was near to the marina. In the evening we visited Pulcinella, set very close to the hotel...

The hotel's location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was very helpful, providing us with recommendations and allowing us to leave our luggage while out for the day. The breakfast was simple but unexpectedly included, and the coffee for the next day was a nice touch.

The sound insulation in the room was not great, and we were woken up by noises in the corridor. The towels were changed daily, which was not eco-friendly.
